02 Exceptions

  • Product was not delivered to the provided email.
  • Product is non-functional and cannot be fixed or replaced by support.

03 Non-Refundable Cases

We do NOT refund for wrong purchases, compatibility issues, or bans incurred on third-party games.

04 Chargebacks

Strict Policy: Unauthorized disputes will lead to a permanent ban from HarteReselling services.
